Excellent customer service provided by the stylist Julio
The staff was attentive and my hair looks amazing! They took me as a walk-in and I left feeling like a Queen!
Julio is the only one you should trust your hair with bleach..... nobody else.... left with 1/4 of my hair left on my head. Julio was booked so he couldn’t do my hair. Went in at 11am, got my bleach taken off at 6pm, was the only one left after hours in the shop. Gladly I was refunded but my hair was so beautiful and thick..... Came home and cried myself to sleep
