I’ve been going here for over a year. The gel polish came off after a week this time. When I told the owner, he didn’t care at all. He didn’t offer anything to fix the issue or discount anything. He was rude even though he knows I’m a regular customer. I have even referred people to them before. Not only will I no longer refer anyone there again, I will not go there anymore either. Terrible customer service and poor quality work.
I really love this place. Every time i walk in, they are kind and friendly.
Terrible experience. Absolutely unprofessional. I would give a ZERO if I could. I was also told that one of the staffs does not even have a nails license. I already filed a complaint with the AZ State board of cosmetology and I hope they will take actions. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
