They called and canceled my daughter's hair appointment less than 4 hours before our appointment time. Now we are left scrambling to find another place to get her hair done for her sweet 16 party tonight.

I couldn’t possibly speak higher of this place. I’ve had some awful experiences with hair stylists so I’m usually very anxious getting my hair done. For the first time in my life, I felt like I could trust someone, and I trusted Alyson. I am SO happy with the outcome! I got a beautiful balayage and the service there was amazing too. They went above and beyond to make their customers comfortable and interact with them. DEFINITELY recommend, and I can’t wait to go back! Service: Balayage

I really wanted to give Alyson a great review. She was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. However, she didn't listen to what I wanted which was an easy to manage hairstyle. I travel in my RV so I have to find a stylist frequently. Typically I have not had a problem, usually opting for just a trim. This time, I asked for a bit more layering but to keep most of my length. She did well with adding the layers. However, she created a style which would require me to curl my hair back (something I have never done). She used a curling iron to curl the hair. I knew I should have spoken up right away but thought it would be okay. I couldn't wait to get home, rewet my hair and figure out how to style it in a way that was more "me". I have dealt with this style for several weeks but have decided I need to get another cut at another salon. Service: Haircut
