Tracie was great figuring out what style would be good for my hair! I left it up to her as to what would look best on me. Prior to the cut, I looked as though I needed a coloring, but once Tracie had finished cutting my hair the natural color looks great. It was looking washed out before being cut. I had an appointment for a perm. When I arrived the price I was quoted doubled. I thought that’s still not bad as I have long hair. It took almost 4 hours, I agreed to alternating Gray & White curlers, 1/2 way through rolling I noticed it was pink (smaller) and white, I stated I thought we were using Gray & White, she really didn’t answer me but I know all of them heard me because being there that long I noticed all the hairstylists where talking and listening to each other. I thought ah it will be smaller but still a nice curl. After we were done and as I was writing the check the price changed another $5. Bringing her tip to just 10% because all the take is check or cash. Now that it’s been 4 days my hair is real puffy and I’m just hoping it will relax, time will tell. All in all I enjoyed my appointment and seeing people come and go with new dos. Lesson learned get a quote in writing. Will I go back? Depends on how my hair looks in a few weeks.
