When I requested my very first appointment, Jennifer replied promptly and made sure to know ahead of time what were my needs. She booked me within a reasonable time frame and was also flexible the day of the appointment when I asked to be 15 min late. Her demeanor is just what you'd expect from a professional working in the beauty industry. She was attentive and patient and answered all my questions. She made sure I was satisfied with her service.
