Was expecting to get a beautiful haircut like in the pictures shown. Instead I got a Mohawk when I asked for a mullet. The hair dresser also prioritized a regular customer over me. He rushed the hair cut and appointment, completely forgetting to shave one side of my head. And when I was unhappy with the cut, he didn't even try to fix it then, he told me to come back another day. How are you expecting people to regularly come back for hair cuts when you don't prioritize the customers that are in your chair.
I have been seeing Joel Tenser for about 3 years now and he is amazing! Knowledgeable on all his product. This man does his research and will treat you hair right! It's always a great experience at his salon. Once you see Joel, you'll never wanna see any one else
Joel is a gentleman and an artist. Nobody else has touched my hair for over a decade. Love the salon.
