Great space with a cool, comfortable vibe and very convenient access and parking too. Joel, who cuts my hair, is a superb pro, adept at both men's and women's styling.

I showed up as a walk-in on a slow day with only Joel working. He did have an appointment coming in shortly, but was kind enough to get my hair done while still being personable and not rushing the process.

I made an appointment with Laura to get eyelash extensions and when the day came she had to reschedule, which i get, stuff happens. She rescheduled me for a week later and then an hour before the appointment she rescheduled again, which I got because of a family issue but she then made me wait a whole more week and then when the appointment came at 11 am on Sunday i texted her before I even left to go to the appointment asking if we were still good. She never answered me, i even got there early at 10:45, i then called her around 10:55 she never answered and then i waited till 11:15 and tried calling again and she didn't answer me again so i just left and i also left a voicemail telling her that i had been waiting and i decided to leave. I am upset that she wasted my time on one of my only days off and she didn't even text me to apologize for never showing up.
