Robert has a gift. He has an eye and the skill to make me very happy with his work. I am more than pleased with how my hair came out. He listens, gives great feedback and has the gift. I have a lot of hair. Not just anyone can bring it to its full potential. I am feeling more than grateful.
I asked for my hair not to be cut much, she took off over 4 inches, and when I brought up its short she said no its not. asked to darken my hair and it was lightened , I showed a picture of a dark balyage and instead she made me completely blonde with a shadow root. I am so disappointed. I would have much preferred that they say they couldn't do it vs botching my hair
The people here are very professional and kind. I go to my favorite, Jaymie. She's the best! She is friendly and really listens to what kind of cut and styling you want. She truly cares about her clients! The location is challenging to find. Also, they moved recently and were still settling in with salon design in this new location. > Jaymie has a Groupon offer alsol!???? ????
