I've never dyed my hair so I went in for a consultation. I was scheduled with Van and he was very patient talking me through the process, asking lots of questions about what I was looking for, and then explained what I could expect. I booked my appointment for the following week. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and brought back. He confirmed my feelings hadn't changed about what I wanted, and reiterated what I could expect. He was so easy to chat with during the coloring process and the scalp massage he gave me during a treatment add on was to die for. After the color, Rena gave me a cut. She was also easy to talk to, and while she was precise with my haircut, she was also quick which I really appreciated. She took the time to curl my hair afterwards so I could see what it would look like with the new dimension and layers.
