The studio is great. This review is for Heather Pulsifer, one of the stylists. I'd been going to her for years and have always liked how she cut my hair. The last time she cut my hair, I was not happy. It should be noted that every time I leave, she tells me that if I didn't like a cut, to let her know. I let her know, but it was going to be over a week before I could get back in. I was upset that it was going to take so long, so she fired me. I even apologized about being upset, but she just wanted to part ways. When I asked her for a referral, she referred me to her old salon -- not even a name of a stylist.
There are over 20 studios in L'Mage. The directory in the front needs to be updated. It's a clean place. Just added a coffee bar. The bathrooms aren't checked regularly for toilet paper, paper towels and soap. Otherwise it's a nice place.
