Overall it’s a good experience. However I think they should give themselves more time in between appointments. I had a package of a facial, massage and a blowout. I feel that my blowout was rushed. I told her that I didn’t like the puffy look and she said I’m sorry I don’t have time to fix. I booked my appointment ahead of time. Even though she had someone waiting the right thing was to take care of me.
My wife was able to get a wonderful haircut and will be returning soon. She very much enjoyed the experience.
Reyna was phenomenal and super friendly. My blonde hair looks and feels so much healthier now. I highly recommend her services. Can't wait to go back.
