Arizona Hair Co #37

It is a very unwelcoming salon and I didn't get my hair cut there since they wouldn't take walk ins for a while. I gave it one more try an hour later and they weren't busy, but they said some people that have appointments will be coming soon. After that, I went to Supercuts instead where they happily took me and made me feel welcomed & happy. Overall is the Arizona Hair Company is the most unfriendly, unwelcoming & rude salon I have ever been to.

Review is for Tempe location only as it is the only one I have visited. Very rude receptionist that will get annoyed when you need to reschedule and will hang up on you. Hairdresser Ashley was also pretty rude and got upset when I politely pointed out that my roots didn't match my ends and basically told me to go to someone else if I didn't like it. Literally let me leave with yellow roots and white ends in the front and brassy hair. I have come here about 5 times and had really good experiences before so if you're gonna come here definitely try to schedule with Rachel or Taylor or Nichole but I don't think I'll be coming back. It saddens me because I actually did love this place and the other hairdressers. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

I gave an extra star bc the location is nice but besides that the workers(lady with blonde/black braids and lady with light brown hair) wouldn't(more like COULDN'T)stop talking badly about the customer's coming and going even the customer's that called, they would huff and puff about simple things like the customer saying "um". I wouldn't be surprised if they talked about me after I left. It was understaffed but they didn't miss a chance to gossip. To add insult to injury they did a blotchy job on my hair. ????
