This place looks very nice and clean and the prices are pretty high, but the quality of the service I received today was that of a cheap nail chop- shop. The tech that did my nails was rushing and way too aggressive. She cut 4 of my cuticles and made me bleed. She was so heavy handed with the drill that it hurt my nail bed of one of my fingers and I basically don’t have a fingernail left on that finger. And the gel x nails she applied are too narrow for my nail beds. They only had super long gel x nails so she had to cut them and shape them to the length I wanted and the nails are all different lengths and shapes.Don’t even get me started on the application of the gel x nails — I could’ve done it myself and done a better job using an online tutorial. It seemed like she’d never done gel x before or was just very inexperienced. The tech that did my pedicure was a little better but my toenails are different lengths and shapes as well. $165 pretty much down the drain. They put so much effo

I honestly have no clue how this place has 4.4 stars. The worst service ever. The nail tech didn’t ask what shape i wanted my nails. So some are square and some oval. The whole manicure took less than 20 mins with the “massage”. She also made me bleed. First and last time ever. Was sat at a seat before I even picked a color, the specialist spent no more than 20 minutes on a full dip manicure, didn’t say a single word to me when walking out besides “you can go wash your hands”. Didn’t ask what shape, and filed my nails so short one is bleeding, felt extremely rushed. Overall VERY poor customer service and very poor manicure.
