So I’ve had this appointment in the books for weeks. Jenny even asked me to come earlier so so she could leave early that day. I moved around my work schedule and got there early. She tells me she won’t do my lashes bc some were still curled from my last treatment. If this is the way she runs her business she should at least ask if clients have had their lashes done in the last few months if it’s going to be an issue. I basically left work early, moved around my day to show up and walk out for nothing. She wasn’t sincerely apologetic. More like a little smug.
