The workers were very sweet people and very professional. But I will be taking my mom to another salon for color. If you're looking for a natural look this will be your place. But the stylist covered my mom's blonde highlights with toner/glaze that was three to four shades darker. They did offer us to come back free of charge and we did go back. Modern Love is by far the most superior spa/salon my friends and I have continued to return to. When you find a salon that offers superior customer service, relaxed atmosphere and specialists in all areas of beautification; you travel the extra mile. In the years I have been coming here, I have only seen clients who were pleasant and happy with the services they received. We have all (at least I have)had a haircut that we were not happy with. (Jennifer Anniston didn’t like her famous haircut when she started friends) All I can say at this point is, book a girls party, a bridal party, give your tired mother a gift certificate.
