I have been fortunate enough to work with Justine for all my hair coloring needs. She is amazing and surely knows her stuff. From my very first visit she set proper expectations on how to transition my hair from dark brown to blond- it turned out great! She definitely earned my business and assisted with many visits through the years. I even brought my husband into see her for a perm, he loved it!
