The reason I decided to give hello Sugar a chance it’s because I got a coupon for a free wax. After reviewing reviews online, I thought fantastic. What a great place to go. I had optimal grow out at two weeks and went in excited as can be knowing the reviews were all positive. Upon consulting with the technician she quickly and promptly wipes one way to “clean” the area. After the technician applauded my grow out, she instilled in me confidence that I was in good hands she proceeds to put the wax on immediately after the one wipe, no other prep work was done, but I was reassured that I was in good hands after the wax was applied there was one strip on my pubic area, and one pull which that area was complete after that! OUCH!! it was not pleasant. tears of joy and sadness were running down my face as one I knew the experience was almost complete and two it was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life, and I have gotten a wax before…. as I was now scalped in my pubic region.
