Nothing worse than arranging your day for a much needed hair appt only to have the stylist FORGET your appoint. I had scheduled an appointment using the online scheduling, which made me feel a little uneasy since this would be the first time I trying this stylist out. So I called to make sure I had done everything correctly and that the appointment I scheduled for the next day would be ok. She was honestly very rude and short when I tried to explain what I needed for my root touch up, she advised that she would confirm the appointment, but she was with another client so we would just go over it during my appointment. I tried to let it go, considering she was with a client - she had several good reviews online so I decided to still give her a try. I was referred to Barbara by one of my friends because I was looking to have my hair color corrected and also add purple and boy did she deliver on the outcome! She went above and beyond to get me in quickly and when I left my hair was not dried out. Even several days later it was still healthy, shiny, and not dried out. I followed the tips she provided to keep my hair healthy and the color correction and haven't had a single issue!
