JMG HAIR SALON AND MAKE UP STUDIO

Have been coming here for a while now. Owner of this salon is so nice. She definitely knows about hair. They have a variety of things to offer here. Super friendly all the time.

horrible customer service and they are not clean, i went to go get my hair dyed and there was a cockroach flying around, i also went to get a curly perm and the lady left my hair so damaged and it wasn’t curly at all so i ended up having to cut it up to my shoulders because i couldn’t brush through it and it was falling out in pieces. also when i asked her how much the perm will be she said $160 so i gave her 2 $100 bills and i only got $20 dollars back. the lady who owns the place talks very rudely about people in front of her customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. The one nice thing about this place is their decor. They took advantage of me because I did not look like everyone else there. I called over the phone for an appointment and was quoted a price, then when I arrived there the price was doubled for no reason. I hoped to feel welcomed there, but was looked down at the entire time. I would not recommend this place unfortunately.
