Finding a hair stylist that you trust is worth gold, and I’m so happy to have found Briana! She is an extremely talented and knowledgeable hair stylist. She helped me reach all of my hair goals from the first visit. Her salon is clean, trendy, and inviting. Briana herself is a very driven and kind person who is super easy to talk to, she makes the process not seem so long. I've been coming to this salon for over 2 1/2 years now. I have thick, Latina hair and it is so difficult to find someone who knows how to cut and maintain my hair. I trust Bri and all of her recommendations when it comes to color and my haircuts. The price is not a concern when I know she's going to leave my hair looking amazing and make this mama feel like a million bucks after leaving the salon. This top notch service is worth every penny. READ ALL! :) Went in to get a full platinum expecting to pay 450ish as stated on their website. I left with something that I felt wasn't really what I wanted and payed over a 150$ over my expected price (I do have a lot of hair but didn't see any price estimation based on length of hair/wasn't communicated to me before the session) I believe there were communication errors by both parties (multiple pictures shown caused confusion, not told about the 60$ base price for a very brief haircut, etc) So I Contacted Briana, the owner, and I can CONFIDENTLY say she did could to make it right! She brought me back in a couple days later and worked on my hair personally, sitting down to get clear on the end goal, fixed it perfectly, and refused a tip. She expressed to me her game plan going forward with other guests to prevent the issues from happening again. It's obvious her work does mean a lot to her. Also, Leticia is a wonderful, pleasant hairstylist with a genuine care for her client's hair
