Work on professionalism. Have gone in twice with same staff member since only they were available and wanted to give them a second chance since bad first experience. Lady complained the whole time I was there and made me want to leave will not be returning. Service: Haircut

Walked in the salon , lady was very unwelcoming!!!!! I asked her for long layers. She started complaining that my hair was so tangled. She didn’t even wash and condition it as they usually do the times I’ve gone there . She Pulled on my hair a lot and would just spray water on it. Stated my hair was a mess! If I do treatments on it, start complaining that her hands were hurting from cutting my hair. She made me feel very uncomfortable, I really wanted to get up from the chair and walk out! Sadly she had already started cutting my hair. Worst experience! 0/5 Service: Haircut

I wish I can rate them individually instead of the over all I made an appointment for my mom and I to go for hairdos and makeup for my wedding I got an older lady to do my hair I wanted something simple because I have super long hair and thick hair at that And I was planning on changing in the middle of my wedding so I didn't want anything getting stuck to my hair. I told her I wanted my hair in curls down and she said, no that isn't wedding like I need to have it up Well I dont want my head to hurt all night because of my heavy hair so I said no, my mom said compromise and do half Fine I did. I have never had bangs and she decided to cut bangs for me and made a remark about how I'm not a normal bride that's why I need bangs. I had to push them out of my face all night, it was really annoying My makeup artist was another girl. A young one and she did a wonderful job. I told her I dont wear makeup often so I gave her free range and she did a great job. Wasn't to much and it looked great
