Hope P. @HelloSugar at Parkwest was the best! She was super sweet and patient with my as it was my first sugaring (only tried waxing for the first time 1 month ago). She had me use a squeeze ball and had me take deep breaths before the more difficult pulls. Will absolutely go to Hope again. Also highly recommend the cooling moisturizer afterwards. ???? It was my first time getting a bikini wax and I was nervous. Thalia was very professional and sweet. She made me feel comfortable and walk me thru step by step. I will definitely be returning.

Had my first ever Brazilian this morning with Hope, and she was incredible! My experience was entirely painless, not once did I feel uncomfortable or ~exposed~ despite being VERY exposed ???? and she talked to me like we were besties throughout the entire experience. The whole thing really set the tone for the rest of my day; I left with an extra pep in my step, got a lil drinky drink from Starbucks, did a few fun errands, and just overall had a great morning! The salon itself was clean and inviting and smelled fantastic! Lol not sure what air freshener they use, but it's fabuloouuss ???? In the consent/waiver form, they clearly state the weight limit of the tables (400lbs) and allow you to request any accomodations you may need, and that's something that I noticed and appreciated as a plus-sized person. I'm already excited for my next appointment!
