In response to the owner; well that's really disappointing to see how you are treating your clients and your response is an obvious and clear massage itself to someone who weather wants to decide to do any service with your salon and your staff. I am wonder your behavior over your unsatisfying client is to blocking your client to not responding any further messages that may not in your interest of mind? is that all your love and respect you have for your clients who needs an answer? I had a clear and open conversation with Victoria, let me explain you how did the process go maybe you were so busy talking with your client and you weren't aware enough about things happening around you. I am a license holder for over 5 years and nothing more unsatisfying me to underling the low and regulations. It took her 1 hour to put bleach on my hair and again took her 30 min long after I called her from her break room and she never show up to check on my hair during that 30 minutes! in our conversa
The owner, Teresa, was great. She was patient and took her time to get the color that I wanted. She heard me out and worked with me to get an amazing color. She was very professional and made sure I was attended to at all times. She was also very responsive via email. I left feeling confident and would highly recommend her! Thanks Teresa
This was such a great experience for me because I never found myself surrounded by hair professionals who have such great ideas for hair stylists and stylists that are so passionate about their clients.. I received great feedback on my hair color and hair style and to a total surprise a message when I got my hair color washed out… There stylus are highly trained and you can tell they go to school continuing their education they have trainings in their salon and everyone in the salon can treat you not just one stylist they all have your information and know where you’re at it was experience I never experience before in a hair salon I give this salon five stars plus plus plus. And look forward to returning every month. Can’t wait for my next experience.
