My 1st time there but not my last! Had Alyssa do my roots, partial bayalage and trim after a consult where she made me feel very comfortable with her skill. I explained what I wanted in vague way and trusted her to work magic on my hair. My colors turned out so pretty, I love it! So happy I found her and this salon.

This was my first time here. I was looking for a new Salon closer to home. I went in for a color and highlights. The staff here was very nice and helpful. Sloan was my stylist and did a great job helping me pick out a color, wrote up a consultation with what my bill would cost and we agreed and proceeded with the color, but, the color came out messed up and turned my hair pink. I did not pick out pink hair. Once again Sloan was great saw the color came out wrong and didn’t let me leave with pink hair and took me back to fix it. After a second try she did great and removed the pink color from my hair. The not so great part was when checking out I found that I was charged an extra $25 for the toner to fix the bad color. Sadly, I don’t agree with being charged extra to fix the botched color so unfortunately I don’t believe this will be my new salon. Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
