For those of you that plan on booking with Heidie, I caution you. I was referred to her by a friend, and even though it was an hour drive away I decided to make an appointment with her. There is a certain kind of decency, or class that hairstylist are expected to have. Heidie was extremely rattled when I arrived because she was overbooked, and even though I booked this appointment a while ago she decided she was going to rush me through my appointment to accommodate everyone else. She was only going to spend 15 minutes to cut my hair. When I questioned her regarding this, I typically get a haircut that takes an hour. She wanted me to reschedule, again, after an hour long drive. Clearly Heidie had no desire or sympathy to help me. You would think after waiting several weeks and an exhausting trip, Heidie would actually care enough to fix the situation, she didn't. I'm so glad I discovered this place last year! Heidi is my hair guru, she's beyond amazing!! She carries a great repore and pleasent communication skills with all her clientele. I highly recommend her!! Everyone here is kind and respectful.
