She gave me honest opinions/suggestions when I needed them & double checked with me before making any changes to ensure I was okay with it. I love, love, LOVE my finished look. She created a beautiful & perfectly blended caramel balayage for me, with beautiful layers for more volume/movement. She finished me off with the BEST blow out, she truly is the “BLOW OUT QUEEN”. The ambience of the salon was bright, modern, clean, & gorgeous. Melissa just has such a comfy/homey energy to her that just radiates positive energy immediately when you greet her.
