Foil frost had previous success chunky blonde hair and brown contrast. Had picture of my hair I wanted again. Rosa said she could do this. After over 90 minutes my hair was all dark not any blonde. I told Rosa I was unhappy said she can redo later in evening I had other obligations that evening. I wanted to talk to Manager No one on shift. Called today talk to Tony the mgn. She was rude refused refund I was afraid Rosa would make my hair worse. Mgn. Refused to correct my hair color or refund. Said I wasn't charged enough. . Because of my fear having Rosa fix my hair I was told to go someplace else don't come back to there shop. I kept my cool but Tony was very unprofessionally. I do not recomend anyone get any foil frost in this shop. I asked for someone else who knew coloring but manager refused to help correct this issue. Now I hate my hair color and she told me to go get it done someplace else. How is this any way to make a customer feel better? I do not recommend this shop.
