A big shout out to Stylist Mari. She saved my life and hair after an unfortunate event. She did a great job color correcting and getting my hair to what I originally wanted. Booked an appointment online in advance to get my hair done before my wedding, as soon as I walk up there are about 4 women at the counter and they right off the bat say “oh my gosh you have so much hair” and the stylist in the back looks so annoyed. Then they ask to see the photo of what I would Like done and I show them but say I’m not set on that so I just want it to look nice for my wedding. Then the lady shows the stylist the photo and she said “ yeah that’s not happening today” they try to explain how with “hair like that I should never book online and that the online appointments are only for people with regular length hair” I would have been willing to just do an all over simple dye or whatever they did have time for but they didn’t even offer that as a choice. Instead they turned me away for today after telling me everything I did wrong. Which left me completely out of options to do get my hair done before my wedding. I visited the salon today in hopes of getting highlights. They were fully booked. Michelle apologized and tried to schedule another appointment. I took a walk through the store and she came after me to tell me her client canceled and she was able to accommodate me. I was thrilled that she took the time to find me.
