Took wife in for the first time. Not a good experience. Did not explain services so that we could understand the final result. Like the fact that what she had done did not include drying her hair at the end. I actually asked about and got a curt answer: "it's up on the board". Like: "stupid". I still don't understand and my wife has some dementia so neither does she. All of my previous experiences have been great. Service: Haircut
It was busy so no one "checked" me in. But I had checked in on line, so I watched and spoke up when one if the ladies started to take a person who walked in and not done the online thing. I was taken instead of him, but she must Jane been upset, she didn't say a word after checking to see what I wanted done. No name, no small talk, no mirror at the end.
Went in and asked for a trim and CURTIAN BANGS the lady had NO IDEA what she was doing and completely messed up my hair. Been crying since I left the salon. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR HAIR CUT.
