I checked my two boys in because it said 0 wait and my husband was close by. My husband arrived to the salon, there was no chairs for them to use while waiting so they had to stand around in the entrance of Walmart. There was only two stylist available, both had people in the chair. He also had to wait a while before someone even talked to him or acknowledge him being there. He waited 20ish mins for them to finish the haircuts they were working on. And when they were done and they were cleaning a Walmart employee walked in. That employee went to chit chat with the stylist behind the counter. The stylist then tells my husband that she was going to wax the Walmart employees eyebrows before she was going to take him. Again, they had checked in, and were waiting for nearly 30mins at this point. I told my husband to leave, because at this point I didn’t feel comfortable letting them cut the boys hair. If I could give this a negative star it would be a more accurate rating. 1st the girl at the counter had HORRIBLE customer service then she ended up being the stylist to cut my hair. She did a horrible job, and when I pointed out what I wasnt happy with she acted like she did see or understand what I was saying and walked away to the register. Not brushing off hair or even an attempt to correct her mistake.

Had a terrible experience once here... Only due to the fact that nine of the 3 hairstylists were busy or weren't there... This methed out white woman chopped my hair left bald spots all around my head and my ladies there are still trying to fix it... Thank God that so called stylist is no longer there. If you want the best get the best make an appointment with one of these ladies... Gleneisha, Carmela or Torry you can't go wrong with them
