JCPenney Salon

I recently visited salon and could not be happier! Marci Madger took my 65year old fading natural red hair, put brassy copper highlights in it and turned me back into the redhead I used to be...natural, brighter, up to date. Amazing

Went in to the salon on June 24 and worked with serrda. And at the end of the appointment she curled my hair and I thought everything was fine. We were still in the store after the appointment and I kept playing with my hair, something about it felt off. And when I got home I washed all the curl and product out of my hair, and when I got it dry it was way out of wack. Not straight at all it was cut at an angle and there was a huge long piece. I was so furious and frustrated. How could this possibly even happen. Did she not get trained? This is so unacceptable. Seeing as they were closed I called the next day to see what could be done and I made an appointment with the manager. The longer I thought about the more scared I got to walk back in there and get it cut again. When I called the manager to simply ask for a refund, she was very rude and unhelpful. I work in customer service and I know policies, but when a customer is so upset to we’re she doesn’t want to come back in to the store

I am impressed by the talent. A master stylist truly is at this InStyle salon. I have worked with Chong a few times who takes her time to "get to know your hair and how it grows" before cutting. My style is short and so requires more skill. For color too she does not cut corners and prepares the hair for color and has a good eye for color.
