I had a horrible experience here. When I was prompted about my sideburns I asked for it to be trimmed and tidy. She asked if I wanted a 0 which I thought was fine. She then took that zero up the side of my head way past where it should have ended, making my head look really awkward and strange especially since I have long hair down to my middle back. After telling her this is NOT what I wanted and that this looks horrible she began gaslighting me into believing this is how guys with long hair get it done and this is what I asked for. Then proceeded to charge me $20 for this shambles. Needless to say I'm never coming back and was a repeat customer. Also if you care about your looks don't come here.

Took my teen in for a cut today, He really needed reshaping and evening out, since I cut it last and am not good. I watched his stylist cut his crown with scissors, tell him the layers would do the job of thinning it out, and that was it. He wanted to keep the length, so she did not trim or even up the back at all. Not even split ends. She didn’t trim his neck, and then wouldn’t even look at me during check out. Tomorrow when I clock in, it’ll take an an hour of dealing with customers to pay for what she barely did. An hour of work for the 3 snips she gave. The whole shop vibe was sad and beige.
