I made a check in online for my two year old. I walked in an older lady with short hair was with a customer as soon as she made eye contact I said the child would be getting a hair cut and immediately says “if he’s going to start crying, kicking and screaming I just can’t, I’m the only one here ” . While all my kids were quiet not even talking. First , it seems like an issue you should bring up with management being the only worker, that is not a customers problem. Second my son was excited for a hair cut but with that attitude I would be crazy to let an angry old lady near my sons head with scissors. Horrible customer service

If all you want is a quick and easy no frills haircut this place is tough to beat. Staff is always super friendly. I highly recommend you book online. You can watch the wait time on your phone then just walk right in and get served almost immediately.

Walked in and asked for a fade haircut, and apparently they don't do that there and so I was in my car searching up another spot to go to, And a guy walks out with a fade haircut, so I'm guessing I have to be a certain type of person to get a cut there .. .. .. .. ..
