I don't care for great clips, but the one in Avondale on Dysart and McDowell has a very good haircutter. Her name is Leticia and I highly recommend her.
I've never had a stylist at any prices salon give an attitude because they don't like the haircut I want. As soon she had to think and not use the notes in the system she was annoyed and so I show her a picture similar to what I'm asking for to help explain and she was asks me again about the notes. I had told her when I sat down that I tried something different and it's been a couple weeks and I didn't care for the cut and anted it like a picture I had brought. Then she gets frustrated and cut my hair like the notes that I just said aren't what I want. She then asks me after cutting it if that is right. It's not because I was looking for a different cut like the picture. I tell her what I want again and she is frustrated because I'm asking for her to think and listen. I provide another pic to help and she looks at it like I was showin eer something awful and does a half job cutting it. I was a stylist for 16 years. I would never have been so rude to a client. I been going here for 5 years now after the one on Avondale Blvd and Buckeye kept changing stylists and not doing good jobs on hair. Anyhow, scheduled an appointment through the app last Thur July 13th. It said 0 min wait. So I headed that way. I got there in 3 minutes only to have a lady outside knocking on door for her appointment with her child with her and then some older lady inside just gesturing with her hand to go away. After I waited a few minutes 3 ladies came walking out. I asked what was going on since I had checked in. They said they were understaffed and go somewhere else. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location ever again. The worse part was I had a coupon as well and the other Great Clips I went to wouldn't honor the coupon since apparently it was just for this location. Absolutely terrible service......
