First, I am leaving this review, not my husband Mark lol. Now, on to my review… I’ve been searching for my “ hair expert” for about 11 years now (since the passing of Robbie Cole in 2012). I’ve met several good and a few not so good stylists during my search but never the one that could hold a candle to Robbie until yesterday! Brad pulled the ponytail holder from my hair and the magic began! I do NOT have user friendly hair! It has a life of its own with multiple personalities! It’s partly wavy, curly, straight, fine, frizzy, and there’s tons of it. Brad examined it, we talked about it, and together we decided what to do with it. He literally tamed the wild beast and quite honestly, I left with a head full of beautiful and healthy hair! Brad explained and demonstrated how to deal with my cowlicks and I couldn’t be happier! Brad is my new hair expert!!!!! The salon is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The people are beautiful inside and out. 100% love this place and strongly recommen

Third time coming here and I love it!!! My stylist is Madison and she always does SUCH an amazing job. My hair feels and looks so much better after each visit, and it is worth the money. There very well may be people here that know what they’re doing, but that was not my experience. The amount of damage done to my hair here in just one appointment is extremely disappointing. They left my foils on my head for a full hour. When they took them out, hair was falling out by the clump. They also brush your hair extremely rough with no concern for pulling your hair out. I left the appointment in pain, my scalp throbbing and burning and missing hair. For context, this picture was from 4 days after my appointment. You can see how much hair is missing and how red and inflamed my scalp still is four days later. Like I said, maybe some people here know what they’re doing, but that was not my experience. I have bald spots all over my head. Update: Not only did they do damage to my hair and scalp, now only 4 weeks after getting the extensions moved up, the row has completely detached from my head on one side and is just hanging. I could not be more disappointed in my experience.
