I didn’t want to do this but the salon has brought this upon themselves. I went last Friday with a friend of mine to get our nails done. We both got a manicure as well as a pedicure. Both which were subpar. They were done at the same time and rushed. The gel polish top coat was a dark gray and there were bubbles. Not only that but, several of my nails were left sticky. I was unhappy. As was my friend. Same issues. One of the employees was also speaking about me in a rude manner in their native tongue, which luckily, my friend understood. I called to see if we could both have our nails fixed. I was told yes and to come back next day. We come back the next day and both of us ended up changing the colors due to the issues. $18 for her and $36 for me. TO CHANGE THE COLOR. Left the salon with nails even worse than before. My friends nails were also worse. The nail “tech” burned my nail beds, cut my cuticles, and destroyed my nails. She did the same to my friend. AND, left us both with an in
