Jonesboro JCP Salon. The worst customer service. I called and made an appointment. Got a call back day before appointment, saying the woman I was scheduled with wasn’t going to be there so I had to be scheduled at a later time... okay no problem. Got another call a couple hours before appointment “hey did you call and cancel?” No?... Get there at scheduled time, she has someone else that she is doing a dye job on and she tells me just a few minutes... an hour passes by and I’m like okay... what’s going on? The lady at the front desk had to go ask “Erika” what was going on and how long it would be. She responded with about 20 more minutes. I just said I won’t be coming back. That was super rude. If you have someone else scheduled at one don’t tell me I can come in because I just wasted an hour of my time I won’t be getting back.

Whoever answers the phone, she was very rude and acted as if she didn't want to answer 2 simple questions! I was looking for a new stylist but I think I'll pass on this one because if you're that impatient to answer 2 easy questions then I'm sure you will cut my hair at a fast pace to get me out of there quickly as possible. Maybe even get mad if I make a suggestion on what I want done to my hair. Work on your customer service please.

A huge mistake was made on my son’s hair. The lack of training is evident in their hairdressers’ skills that they have and handling themselves professionally. My only hope for this is the business will use it as a learning experience to better themselves on cuts and handling themselves in a professional manner. Service: Haircut
