My nail lady is named Anna!!! She is the very best!! She is very thorough! And gives wonderful service for everything that I have done. I usually get mani and pedi! And has a great personality! I always feel treated with great hospitality and James and Ivy are the owners. They always put everyone first. Always schedule your appointment, that way you get the personal attention!!! I have gotten mani pedis before but never got any nail art. Wanted to try a simple masculine design and Anna did not disappoint. Everyone was so nice and she listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. Would return again

This was my first time visiting this salon and I will NOT be returning. My friend and I were getting pedicures and the man doing her toes was so incredibly rough with her feet that he literally popped her toe. I could see my friend wincing in pain as he “buffed” (more like beat) her toe nails. He then cut her nails short without asking her the length she wanted. He actually did not even speak a word to her the whole time other than asking the color she wanted. When the pedicure was finished it was messy and looked very unprofessional. The lady doing my nails was much gentler and did a much better job. I figured we just had different experiences because we had different people doing our toes. My friend is a POC and I am not. I don’t want to believe it is a race thing, but I have seen other reviews from POC about being treated very rudely by the workers at this establishment .
