City Nail & Spa

Updating to reduce rating to 1 star because polish is already chipping/peeling. Total waste of money! New in town and looking for a regular nail salon. This isn't it. Scheduled an appointment for noon but service didn't start for 30 minutes.... and was over QUICK!!! The one person doing pedicures had 4 people soaking when I left. Not worth the money. I will try a different salon next time. Service: Pedicure

I want to start by saying by expressing the importance of nail salons having at least 1 if not 2 employees who speak fluent English (I don't mean that in a racially expressed way). My number 1 complaint about getting my nails done is not being able to communicate what I want to the nail tech. The second complaint being, not feeling heard once my wishes are expressed. First booking was so simple and online. I made my appointment at 1 am the night before the appointment. Second the gentleman I got was fluent in English, they gave me a free can of mountain dew, and prices were decent. Very hospitable, nice country music playing, services rendered were spot on. ???? I'll be back. I quit getting my nails done because of these issues, but this place hit it spot on! I'm so happy!
