City Nail & Spa

Jennifer was great as I have used her once before when my regular nail tech was out sick. This time I used her for the same reason because my regular person was out sick. She's good at what she does and I appreciate her. However, it would be nice if a customer could get a call stating that the nail tech they requested is out sick. John is who I've always used except the first two times when I used Sophie...who I originally started out with. I could see if a nail tech had just gotten sick but John had been out all week. I may have wanted to reschedule until he came back but I never got a courtesy call.

Updating to reduce rating to 1 star because polish is already chipping/peeling. Total waste of money! New in town and looking for a regular nail salon. This isn't it. Scheduled an appointment for noon but service didn't start for 30 minutes.... and was over QUICK!!! The one person doing pedicures had 4 people soaking when I left. Not worth the money. I will try a different salon next time. Service: Pedicure

Lyn was so sweet to me the whole time and she did an amazing job on my hands and feet. She convinced me to get my eyebrows waxed and made them look so good! Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Waxing
