RACISM!!!!!!!!!!!! Im an African American woman. This is the first time I've experienced it since I've been living here in Bentonville for four years now. This has been the only nail shop I've been going to since I've been in Bentonville. I had made an appointment for a fill in on this day,and I was on time and told the guy with the ear piece (who usually takes the appointments over the phone) I had an 11:00 appointment when I walked through the door. So, I proceeded to look at the colors on the table to choose one, and while I was standing there, this White lady and her daughter came in, and the guy (earpiece guy) asked if she or they have an appointment and the White lady said no. She began to tell him about the color she wanted and he told her a d her daughter to go sit in the next available chair. I right then told him again I had an appointment at 11:00 (which) I should have been next. He just said we'll get to you and walked way left me standing at the table. I was humiliated. I

This has always been my go-to spot for last minute nails in NWA. They always seem to be able to get me in. ???????? This last time, they saved the day for my birthday nails. I was late to my appointment at another place and the lady had to leave. I was super particular and really wanted her to be the one to do my nails. I just knew I would be disappointed elsewhere. Of course, Casabella had an opening so reluctantly, I booked an appointment and went. I wish I knew the lady's name who did my nails. They are still on and not even snagging my hair (over 3 weeks later!) (if the owner reads this, please call me. I'd love to know who did these nails)
