Inconsistent quality and pricing depending on whoever you’re assigned. I had Lee and he charged 35 for a fill with gel. He was very attentive and fixed any issues that I found. Then, I had Teresa, who rushed, was sloppy, was not willing to fix small issues, and charged me 10 extra dollars for cut down and shaping. Will not be back without an appointment. The staff sent mixed signals. Not sure if my business was appropriate or tolerated. Had an appointment. I was on time, another patron arrived after me and was attended to be for me. I waited 330 min for my appointment. The service was quick and lacking for a better word. Never again.

The product and the professionalism of receptionists and nail techs was fantastic. The only issue that I ran into was that after around 25 minutes or so of waiting with my friend as they were getting their nails worked on I was approached by someone who was not in any particular uniform did not identify themselves or explain any particulars of the situation. They asked me to leave the floor and that I could not be in the room saying something about liability. It was unprofessional and a bit rude. I tried to ask questions but was just spoken over.
