Supercuts

My son and I were waiting for a short while for hair cuts, when we gave her our names, thinking that our previous visits at other locations would have us in their system. The (ONLY) lady there said that they don't share information between stores. That's not what we were told, many times before. No worries, we can work that out, our cuts are simple enough. But for some reason, that lady there had a big problem with what we were told and seemed to take exception to us. Hey, it's not our fault and I'm not upset at you for someone else, misinforming me. Why are you so upset with us about something we were told. Not making a big deal of this lady, we just want our hair cut!! She just kept on with a nasty attitude and made us feel completely unwelcome. So ...... She got her wish. Her 2 walk INS just became 2 walk OUTS!! I tip very well, too. I have never been to a place where they didn’t even sweep up the prior clients hair or clean their tools before using them on me. This is my first and last visit

Asked for a specific haircut that I previously had done and provided numerous photos...absolutely atrocious and now I have to have it cut even shorter somewhere else to fix what looks like what one of my kids could have done at home. Service: Haircut
