Worst experience ever! My hair was literally PULLED out every time .. my hair never had such rough handling..2 hours to get the haircut after making an appointment. Wash and blow dry.. ironing and then the haircut.. I could have done that at home and got a dry haircut? So unfinished.. would never go back here... went here seeing the 5 star reviews.. not sure why.. need another haircut ???? soon ????..
