Ms. Doris is wonderful! She’s consistent and always does a great job on my hair and my children’s hair. She’s super patient with them and they always look amazing when we leave! But, a note for management: Whatever appointment set-up/reminder system you guys are using needs to go! I have such a hard time keeping appointments because their reminders are so inconsistent! I hate for trustworthy and talented stylists like Ms. Doris to suffer because of the bad tech at the front desk. Examples: First, I had an appointment, got a text saying it was at 4:00. Showed up at 4:00 only to find out it was actually at 3:00 and I’d missed it. The kind people at the front said they had a wrong number listed for me (but how did I get a text then?) Second, after I finally got in to get my haircut, I’ve now given them my new number and scheduled my next appointment. Next appointment, I didn’t get a call or a text or anything. When I called to ask when my next appointment was… it was today, like right now

I can't say enough about phoenix, I love Mrs.Lindas expertise I won't go anywhere else my hair is so long and she gets my highlights right everytime, I even took my 7 year old to Mrs.Linda for her first haircut and some pink as a treat for good grades

My hair stylist of 14 years moved far away and I'm no longer able to see her. I walked into this salon with no appointment and was greeted immediately. The receptionist was so nice and very professional. She put my daughter and I with a stylist named Terri Soto and she cut both of our hair that day. We went back today to get our haircuts and she styled my daughter's hair so beautifully. Terri Soto is so nice, respectful and professional. She answers any hair questions that you may have. She is so good at what she does. We love her and plan on keeping her as our new stylist. I highly recommend this salon to everyone.
