Disappointed after making an appointment for knotless braids for 12 I called the morning of to confirm an verify location at 11:20 no response text no response than i received a message due to her leaving the shop at 2am she needed to push my appointment back. I was okay for 2 but I had already paid a deposit for makeup appointment for 5 very same day due to she confirm it should only take 3 to 3 1/2 hours to complete. I advised her of this an she stated I could come right away which was around 2:30 than get another message regarding she would reach out once finished because another client showed up an she THOUGHT they wasn’t coming again. At this point I’m getting irritated now I’ve waited around all day lost my deposit for my make up appointment not to mention I had an engagement to attend later that night. I texted the stylist at 5 to see when she would be ready no response i than advised her how unprofessional this was to keep a client in limbo all day an still don’t service them.
