Very disappointed. I made an appointment for a hair service. The day of the scheduled service I was called by the salon to see if I could come in early, that the appointment before me was cancelled. I could not. Upon arriving on time for my scheduled appointment I waited 40 minutes before I had to get up and tell the girl behind the counter that my time was running up and I would need to be leaving soon. As it turned out, they did fill that appointment that was cancelled before me and that made the stylist run behind....which just wasted my entire afternoon. You see it took me 45 minutes to drive there, 45 minutes back then the 40 minutes in the waiting room. For someone who does not have a job, this may not be an issue...but it was a big issue for me. I have basically taken off work to get my hair done for a special event that weekend. I now have lost out of money that I could of made at work (and money that I truly needed) and my hair was not done. They did reschedule me for the next

I suggest getting David for a men's haircut. Walk out feeling great, did an exceptional job on my haircut. This dude knows hair!! Coming back!

Today was my 4th visit here over the summer getting everyone's hair fixed and ready for school. Of the times I have been there has never been a wait and they always do a great job quickly.
