Venora of D'Markos is truly SUPERB!!! I have had many different hair stylists over the years and she is by far the best. I have gone to her a few times now for balayage and haircuts, and will keep coming back. My hair is extremely thick; she knows how to color, cut, and style it with great precision. She is extremely professional & technical, if you ask she will explain what's happening and why. She's very personable and friendly, but will also be radio-silent if you''d rather get your hair done quietly. Best of all, I feel totally confident and safe providing a vision and then giving Venora room for her own artistry. She can do anything but especially loves to color--if you're in need, she's your girl. She truly is amazing. Also, last time I saw her, she blow-dried and curled my hair for an event I had that night! I was not expecting this and it was extremely sweet. Attached are photos of two times I've seen her. Savannah is a miracle worker. I’m in my (undisclosed) attempt at growing out a pixie cut and it’s reaching that point where it starts to drive me insane and I chop it all off again. I booked an appointment with Savannah and she listened to all of my concerns, looked at my reference photos for bixie cuts and micro bobs, and I came out with a manageable, intentional looking haircut. I don’t look like I’m trying to grow my hair out, which is so hard to do when, well, you’re trying to grow your hair out. I don’t know what she did or how she did it but the length is still there over my ears, but it actually tucks back now. The back isn’t a mullet. My bangs are not a block sitting on my face. My hair looks chic! Not only can I live with it while it grows out, I actually love it. This was the most heard I’ve felt during a haircut, and I walked away with the best cut I’ve had in years. Ecstatic.
