I received a much needed fill in from Lisa and pedicures from Lisa! So relaxing ???? Services: Acrylic nails, Nail cut & filing, Gel manicures
This is a few days afterwards so they you know grown out a bit and whatnot because I forgot to take a picture cuz been busy. But they were great and they didn't even give my husband any problem when he said he wanted to get acrylics too. We decided to go there as a last date before he started a very extreme treatment for MS and has to go on quarantine. We both enjoyed it and we love our nails.
Service was good today. Tech didn't seem to be in a hurry & did a very good job. Well, on Friday, October 20, 2023 called for an appointment for my husband and myself like I have done for over a year now. I requested up front that a female tech give my husband a pedicure. This has been the case every time except this time. We were called back to the chairs as usual, then after my husband put his feet in the water he was told a male would be doing his pedicure today. If this happens again we will not return. I should have been told on the phone while making the appointment that a female tech was not available so we could have chosen another time or day. A customer should not be uncomfortable receiving a service that they are paying for and have requested for this length of time. This is not good customer service. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
