A very professional, friendly & laid back atmosphere! Everytime I come in Crystal is ready to do my hair! She doesn't like to have her clients waiting & I love that! At most salons you wait 30 mins or more just to get in the chair! She is very creative when it comes to hair! Sometimes I don't know what I want & tell her she can do whatever she wants to my hair & it always turns out looking fabulous!
Crystal the owner knows her stuff, great color and great, unique shapely cuts alone are 5 stars. However you will have ignore the fact that she is not very personable and awkwardly stiff unless you are a part of her inside group. The salon has an overall stiff vibe if you are an outsider, it is very clickish. Over the years I don't think Crystal has ever started my appointment on time. I stopped going to the salon when the same services I had gone to her for years went from 120$ to $160 total. I felt played. I sent two friends of mine to her with the hopes they would get something so nice and different done to their hair (while warning them her attitude is kind of stinky), they went and as much as they loved the cut they said they would never go back again. Along with over the past year she kind of began to throw little smart jabs but if you ask Crystal about her life she will always say how prefect she is doing when its evident she is bringing her personal challenges into the
