Drove for an hour to get my son's first haircut. I was told they were booked for a week. Nothing on the net said anything about making an appointment. I questioned this, and was told to read the FAQ. Honestly, how long does it take to cut a little boys hair? 10 min??? He's 2... he was excited to have his haircut. They turned him away at the door. I understand adults making appointments, we can understand the reasons. A toddler can not. Poor little guy cried all the way home.
We had the best experience getting our son’s first haircut! We upgraded to the first haircut package which got us a certificate, before and after photo, and a lock of hair for keepsake. Ms Courtney was so patient and we loved the after!! Thank you!
Have had ONLY great, memorable experiences here! The staff are friendly and welcoming. They make my girls feel like princesses. We regularly come for haircuts, and sometimes splurge on the spa treatments as well. Thank you, Spoiled Rockin Kidz!
